, Once the goods are received by you, you are responsible for them until they are in the hands of the couriers.  If an item is damaged, to obtain a full refund, we must be informed within 24 hours of receipt.

A returns form is included with your order. However, should this become lost or damaged, please follow instructions below.

• If you have access to a printer,  please print the address and ‘reason for return’ section. The returns form, completed with your name and order number must be included with your parcel. 

• If you do not have a printer, please write the address clearly, preferable in capital letters and on a separate sheet, to include with your parcel, your name, order number and the reason for return.
• Attach the address label securely to the parcel. (Remember to add your own ‘from’ address.)
• You are advised to do ‘signed for’ postage and obtain a receipt as proof of postage.
